Preparing for employment

In this module, you’ll learn all about how to best prepare for employment. From before applying for a job to travelling on your first day, we want to make sure you feel at ease during the transition to a new role. Plus, you’ll be given the opportunity to build a head-turning CV.

Self-management

This self-management module will help demonstrate the importance of personal responsibility within the workplace. We’ll explore how best to manage your money, the concept of resilience, and even how to approach some common workplace problems.

Teamwork

This module will teach you all things teamwork! From the importance of collaboration to a step-by-step guide to reaching a consensus, we hope you’ll leave this module more of a team player. You’ll even have the opportunity to practice sharing the workload and building colleague relationships in our interactive activities.

Customer Service

In this module, you’ll discover the importance of customer service, and find out what it means to go above and beyond for the consumer. We’ll explore how to deal with any challenging customer conversations with the help of a fun interactive activity.
Communication

This communication module will introduce the concept of communication skills, and the various types of communication. With a rundown on how to ace public speaking and perfect your presentation skills, we hope you’ll feel more comfortable communicating than ever! Plus, you’ll discover the importance of being an active listener.
